Humbly Business Enterprise LLC – Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published on Google Play by Humbly Business Enterprise LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Each game below is a "Game", and in these Terms "the Game" means whichever of our games you are using. We act as a trader for the purpose of offering the Games.
These Terms apply to:

3. Gangster City Crime Mafia Game
4. Annoying Uncle Punching Game
5. Open World Car Driving 3D Game
6. Bad Dog: Grandpa Prankster
7. Offroad 4x4 Pickup Truck Game

9. Archero: Mini Car Attack
10. Slow Mo Run Games 3D
11. Smart Shape Shifting Superhero
12. Ragdoll Destroy: Bone Break
13. Gun Trigger Sniper Games
They also apply to any other game we publish on Google Play that links to this page.
By downloading, installing, or playing a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to accept these Terms in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts them on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases and activity by children using their device.
The Games are fictional entertainment. Pranks, fights, crime, and stunts shown in the Games are not meant to be copied in real life.

3. License to use the Games
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Games on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment only.
You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or distribute the Games, except where the law expressly allows it. You may not use cheats, hacks, bots, or modified versions of the Games.

4. In-app purchases and virtual items
The Games are free to download. Some Games offer content such as coins, gems, extra lives, ad removal, vehicles, weapons, or unlockable levels ("Virtual Items") for purchase with real money.
• All payments are processed by Google Play under its own terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game.
• Buying a Virtual Item gives you a limited license to use it in the Game, not ownership of it.
• Virtual Items may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or change devices, unless the Game offers a restore option. Non-consumable purchases such as ad removal can usually be restored through Google Play.
• We may change, rebalance, or discontinue Virtual Items. We will not remove paid items you already bought without good reason, such as a legal requirement or the Game shutting down.

5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Google Play's refund process. You can also email humblytechofficial@gmail.com if a purchased item did not arrive or does not work, and we will try to fix or restore it.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, by starting a digital purchase that is delivered immediately you agree that delivery begins at once and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by law. Your other statutory rights, including rights for faulty digital content, are not affected.

6. Advertising
The Games are supported by advertising, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Unity Ads, which may use device identifiers and similar data to show and measure ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. The networks used may vary by Game.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice in the Game's settings or your device's ad settings. Rewards from rewarded ads are granted only after the ad finishes and may vary.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and services they promote.

7. Third-party services
The Games may use third-party services such as Google Play Games, Google Analytics, and Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Acceptable use
When using the Games, you agree not to:
• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software to gain an advantage;
• interfere with the Games' servers, ads, or security;
• harass others or post offensive content, where a Game allows user content.

9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Games, you acknowledge that policy.

10. Intellectual property
The Games and all their content, including graphics, sounds, characters, code, and trademarks, are owned by Humbly Business Enterprise LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in section 3, no rights are granted to you.

11. Availability and updates
We may update, change, or discontinue any Game or feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Games will always be available or free of errors.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Games are provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of progress or data, or device issues arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the relevant Game in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, including in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have mandatory rights under consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using a Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Sections 4, 10, 12, 13, and 16 continue after termination.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. If changes are significant, we will give notice in the Games where reasonably possible. Continuing to use a Game after changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts.
